Positions
Private all-girls Catholic school in Sala Daeng (Bangkok)
Intensive Communicative English Program teaching 24 hours a week at a very prestigious all girls school in the heart of Bangkok in the Silom area. The school is conveniently located within a two minute walk to the BTS and MRT. Class sizes are 25-30 maximum with full air conditioning and a teachers office. The staff and students at the school are very friendly and there is a great working atmosphere. The students have a high level of English and are motivated to develop even further. All resources are already created and waiting for the successful candidate.

Travelling teacher high school English teacher in Rangsit (Bangkok) area
An ideal position for any teacher looking to continue their professional development. This position is split between two very friendly and supportive schools in the Rangsit area of Bangkok. This position teaches our ICEP (class size 25-30 max) /CEP (class size 30-50) courses. Both schools are set in rural idyllic locations but still close to the heart of Bangkok. There is free school transport to one of the schools from certain parts of the city. All resources are already created and waiting for the successful candidate.
*Please note that travel teachers (teachers required to work at 2 schools) receive a 3,000 baht per month travel stipend

Mixed (boys/girls) high school located in rural Suratthani (Kanjanapisek)
Positions available teaching in a public high school located in rural Surrathani (Kanjanapisek). The students in the school are respectful and eager to learn English from a native English speaker. Teaching 22-24 hours a week with class sizes from 35-45. Due to the schools location outside of the urban center, BFITS will provide a 1,500 baht per month travel stiped for motorcycle rental.
*Please note that positions outside of the Bangkok area come with a 5,000 baht relocation bonus paid at completion of 1st year contract for those applying from outside of the Southern Thailand area.

Benefits:
• 33,000 (CEP) - 35,000 (ICEP) baht salary per month plus 500 baht per hour over 100 teaching hours/monthly
• 10 (CEP) to 11 (ICEP) month contract that can be extended for additional years and additional benefits (contract from May to Mid-March with 1/2 March and April off).
*No reduction in pay during contract months due to reduced teaching hours or school closure/holidays.
• Monthly supplemental attendance bonus of 750 baht per month.
• End of Contract bonus up to 30,000 baht with additional years.
• Guaranteed yearly 3% cost of living pay increase minimum.
• BUPA medical insurance paid.
• BUPA dental insurance paid.
• 1-2 weeks paid vacation (additional week for each additional year of employment up to 4 weeks).
• All Thai government holidays off with pay (13-15 days annually)
*These are mandatory government holidays in addition to paid vacation.
• 2-4 Paid personal/sick days (unused personal days reimbursed at 500 baht per day at end of contract).
• Assistance in obtaining a Non-B visa (Teacher must provide proper documentation-Original Degree/TEFL).
• Visa extension, work permit, and teacher’s license paid by BFITS.
• Required "Thai Culture Course" for Work Permit/Visa paid by company.
• Assistance locating housing provided (if needed).
• Airport pickup provided (if needed).
• Yearly professional development training provided for free during school breaks. Topics of training based on teacher requests and needs.

Working Conditions:
• Teaching hours range from 20-25 a week.
• Class sizes range from 35-45 students per class.
• School hours are approximately 08.00-15.30 Monday to Friday.
• Curriculum and lesson plans are already developed.
• All teaching materials are supplied by BFITS: Lesson Plans, Worksheets, Flashcards, Audio CDs, etc.

Responsibilities:
• Teach assigned subjects to assigned classes as per schedule provided.
• Adapt/Modify and deliver lessons provided by BFITS to meet the needs of the students and class.
• Maintain weekly office hours.
• Maintain student grading/assessment using company online Learning Management System.
• Attend office meetings or professional development held during office hours (if/when needed).
